Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your delivered product date, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require an unboxing video & a receipt or proof of purchase to be sent on us on email k.furnew@gmail.com after which we will revert with the address for the return shipment.

Shipping and Delivery: The item will be shipped in “1” days and delivered in upto “7” days depending on the pincode. We offer nationwide shipping of our products.
In the event of a delay or unavailability of a product, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer suitable alternatives or a full refund.

Returns and Refunds: We accept returns and issue refunds on products that are defective or not as described.
Products that have been damaged due to mishandling or misuse by the customer do not qualify for a return or refund.
Any return request must be made within ten days of receiving the product.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, product as per the policy– and the refund will be credited to the original payment method in “2” days post resolution.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

To complete your exchange, we require an unboxing video & a receipt or proof of purchase to be sent on us on email k.furnew@gmail.com after which we will revert with the address for the exchange shipment.

Once your exchange product is received and inspected. We will sent you an email to notify about shipment of your exchange item.

The exchange will be processed within “1” week, after evaluating the unboxing video of the received product as per the policy– and the exchanged item will be shipped in “1” days and delivered in up to “7” days depending on the pincode).
